Mt. Deo Tibba base Trek in Himachal is the most popular and awesome trek in the green Himalayan valleys and is popular among the trekkers endured with good mountaineering knowledge. The trek brings the trekkers to the grazing pastures of the shepherds{gaddi} with magnificent views of Deo Tibba peak (6,001 m) and its huge hanging glaciers. This is a spectacular view to sizzle every trekker giving him/her a unique experience. at the beginning or to the end, a side tour to the top of the Rohtang Pass.
This trek is famous for its lush green beauty, which offers landscapes ranging from alpine forests, meadows , waterfalls, moraines.

Description

Day 1: Arrival at Basecamp (Manali)
Arrival at base camp Manali:- Freshen up, Lunch, Acclimatization walk, Dinner.
Day 2: Base camp to (Jobdi via Cab), then Chikka (2982Mtr.) (3 Hours Walk)
Trek through breathtaking landscape (after Jobdi Nallah), the meadow surrounded by high mountain ranges to just below the Hampta Pass, on a grassy bank slope. In impressive surroundings, here rock assumes wonderful colors. Chikka (the camp site) is followed by a River, Prini Nallah. Dinner and overnight stay in Chikka camp.
Day 3: Chikka to Marri (3300 Mtr.) – 5 Hours Walk}
Next day, we will pass through the river to other side of the valley and get a beautiful view of Mt. Deo Tibba, Indrasan and Inderkilla. Overnight stay in camp.
Day 4: Marri to Piyangnirru (3900 Mtr) – 4 Hours Walk
The whole area is covered by hanging glacier and massive moraine. This is true alpine zone that we are exploring. Overnight stay in camp.
Day 5: Piyangnniru to Raullikhaulli (3300 Mtr/10824 Feet) – 5 Hours
Trek gets little steeper in the beginning and after that all the way descend down to Raullikhauli. It’s an amazing trek with kush green beauty. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 6: Raullikhauli to Jogidugh (3000 Mtr/10824 Feet) – 4 Hours
Jogidugh occupies a very famous place in the Hindu mythology, especially for the local’s. Said to be a very holy place of Thakshag Naag (Snake God). It’s a beautiful place. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 7: Jogidugh to Tilgan (2570 Mtr/8712 Feet) – 4 Hours
Trek along the tree line goes little down to avoid the steep cliff and again little climb along the stream. At Tilgan meadows have a tremendous view of the Manali valley, and surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 8: Tilgan to base camp Manali -4 Hours
Scenic trail descend to Shuru village, there is an old temple of local God Near village and another historic cave (ARJUN GUFA) where the pandavas are believed to have taken refuge during there exile. Dinner and overnight stay in base camp.
Day 9: Marketing and Departure
Manali marketing, shopping and then departure in evening
